WHAT ARE WELLNESS EVENTS?

  • We offer the Indianapolis area’s only Health and Wellness fairs which are located directly onsite at medium to large employers and select other high traffic locations throughout the region.

  • These events are mini-consumer shows that give you as a wellness provider extraordinary and intimate access to potential clients. The purchasing power of health and wellness consumers is an ever growing market. Exhibiting at a Wellness Events Health and Wellness Fair is a great way to reach these consumers efficiently and cost effectively.

TIPS FOR VENDORS

  • Be on Time:  Employees will not come to your booth if you are still setting up.   Be set and ready to go at least 30 minutes before the event is to start.

  • Make sure your booth is inviting:  Have something at your booth that will draw people in.  Bring plenty of materials with you.

  • Stand up:  Do not just sit behind your table.  Just say hi!  If you make eye contact and say hi, this will engage an employee to come over and look at your information.

  • Do not leave early: Employees do not like to show up to a fair if the 1 vendor they are looking for left early.  It will put a bad taste in their mouth and they will tell everyone they know!

  • Follow-up: Make sure you follow up with everyone who stopped by.  Taking that next step will go along way with a potential client.
